Medical nurse does. she has 8 to 16, 16 to 8 and 24 hour days.

Quick story short, she looked like a corpse after those 48 hours. But with 24 hour workday, it depends how many sickbeds are taken and by whom. If elderly, it pretty much means no rest, because of the whining.
