Nah, wasn't a fan of power armor either. The only use it served was getting supplies from the Outcasts. I mainly used either a pistol or rifle, shotgun once or twice but there aren't that many good shotgun mods.Its always easier to deal with the enemy from the range than in close range.
But still.

Ah, this is in New Vegas but I run heavy tactical armor with a Para M249, very fun mowing down rad scorpions and Legion dogs.

Hot damn, that looks like a Panzer cannon albeit scaled down quite a bit. I would love a playthrough using that.
Unsure what you mean by weapon packs, if you mean on the Nexus I wouldn't know but it's probably that they've gone under revision by the moderators(a lot of my favorites end up like that.)

Yea.
It sucks ass.
I remembered 2 great collections of armor and guns and it had everything.
Ammo, mods, firing mode changer and hotkey fuctions with all kinds of goodies.

I like the AR15 and AK collection mod. The guy has a large variety in there with other goodies, thankfully it hasn't shared the fate with other unlucky ones.
