Nope. No shielding at all. Only the LSAS-RT modification. Along with car tuning. But only from the Aftermarkets that exist. HKS etc.

Power bar is in 3 parts

LVL 1 PowerPlay - 1/3 of it.
Boost - 2/3 of it
LVL 2 PowerPlay - 3/3 of it
Route Change PowerPlay - 3/3 of it
