Welcome to the 5th incarnation of the café! Nicest place on the site, apparent Fakku chuunibyou central, and clearly the secret base of the Church of Loli. Most of what's actually from here isn't all that nice, yeah, a lot of the "national" foods are really loans from various conquerors.
