[color=#993300]Use the code I attached, it makes a table in which you can edit stuff, basically serving as a sig space. All you have to do is replace the url in the image with the one in question

[color=#993300]Well, there is Manga Studio,but that's for drawing. For all things image editing, they usually use Photoshop, why else would Adobe make so much money?
I used Photoshop when working for a newspaper for a bit
