The no one dying thing can be coming from that start when you find out Tokaku has never killed anyone. If anyone was going to die it would have been Tokaku or Haru.

But here the thing. What if everyone did die really did die? Want if the wish Tokaku had was to have everyone back? I'm sure anyone that can make someone who can ever die, die, that they could do something like that. And if your a Assassin, it's going to take a lot to kill you.

Some people just took off like Suzu, Otoya and even Mahiru never die. There are some we saw fight Tokaku and get badly hurt, but that about it.
