Try using what I use, Nyu~? Link.
Just crop image with multiplier, like for 160x260.
if the image is too big just increase crop size.
160 x 2 = 320 / 260 x 2 = 520
160 x 3 = 480 / 260 x 3 = 780
160 x 4 =640 / 260 x 4 = 1040
But if it cuts out and you need a 'perfect' crop, just add decimals when multiplying.
Ex.
160 x 2.25 = 360 / 260 x 2.25 = 585
The site is good with .gifs as well. Hatsun uses Lunapic for resizing!

For gif edits, use Ezgif!! Perfect, and simple for working with .gifs
