Most people get that wrong. I used to as well. An easy mistake to make when most types of sushi do include fish.

I cant fillet...I never cooked in my life. (._.) Big when I live on my own I could try. I wont have a choice but maybe thats a good choice~? (?.?) Im so scared of cooking meat. I keep thinking I'll poison myself or something if its undercooked aaack >_

it more likely a misunderstanding when people not from japan first saw sushi, there likely saw the them use raw fish and based it off that.

it more likely a misunderstanding when people not from japan first saw sushi, there likely saw the them use raw fish and based it off that.
I hope they at least do basics like flash frozen. Thats suppose to kill the parasites...so I heard.

by that i meant i meant i don't like cooking because i can't stand the feel or smell of raw meat which is why i like to bake cakes and biscuits/cookies
