flip flop/sandals, jeans and t-shirt
sandles i pretty much most of the time all year around, if i'm popping out for a few minutes i will wear them even if it's snowing, raining
but if going to be out for more them 5 minutes then i put something more appropriate on

get dyson one.
its doesn't matter if its plastic more metal, it's all about the motor,
with plastic being lighter they can use a small motor
and with metal then need a more powerful one and with that you can get shitty one that make a lot of noise or some good one that are quiet.

My gran has a Dyson heater fan and it's terrible, so I don't imagine the cooling fan to be much better.
Also the blades in the metal fan just make more noise.
