can't, my house in on a corner in a cul du sac, puting cones up will block my neighbors driveway.

after i put note on their car, the neighbor they was visiting came and knocked on asking about the note, also i went to my sister house to drop some stuff of and the same neighbour came out to put their bins out, and asked me about and said why not sound your horn or knock on and telling me that is an one off, i told them that this year i have had it blocked a few time already, i have sign out saying not to block the driveway, i have knocked on last year a few time to have that car moved, and when you take you driving lesson and theory, it says in the highway code, not to block driveways.

i also told her that when we get guest over, we ask them not block people driveways or we move our cars so the guest can use the driveway.
I also said why not drop the people of the go down the road and park there where they would not block anyone and walk up which will take 10 seconds.
they block my driveway every other week which most of time i don't care as i don't plan to drive anywhere, or am work.
plus when i was at my old job i would walk there as it took 10/15 min.
i could understand if was an emergency, special occasion.
it wouldn't bother me as much if they knocked on and told me they are leave the car there for a bit, or asked or ask if they could use our driveway.
I once parked at one of my neighbours driveway who am good friends with and know if wouldn't care, but i dropped him text saying i left it there and if you want me to move my car just let me know.

the only time i have blocked my neighbours has been when i have been doing gardening, but i keep eye out when they come i move it, or as soon as i'm done i move my car back in.

not done anything with it yet, waiting for it to get warmer, but i did see a couple fished in there, i had thought they all died.
