need a few good night of sleep then i should be fine.
been struggling to fall asleep so body isn't getting enough rest, ended up coughing a lot and mages to fall asleep around 5/6.
was thinking of just taking a sleeping pill but i try to avoid taking pills, just been taking paracetamol and lozenges
