Well, damn, didn't notice the bit about Meed and Greet, since it's not in the link above... I guess I won't be participating then.

So the section will be filled with threads by people who have been here for ages now.

Well, it's at least good to see Jacob try to bring some life to the forums again.

Now we just need to revive the waifu game.

After the competition though it'll return to the dead.

Not much incentive to stay for longer than the one or two posts at the moment, yeah... We need a longer event to truly bring people to the forums, but I really don't see Jacob resurrecting MoteMote anytime soon.

That might help a little, but an event with daily activity for a month or more would really keep people here and possibly have them notice other threads as well.

Jacob just isn't interested in the forums that much to do that.

Wouldn't do this right now if he wasn't. A lot more work would be needed for an event like that, though, and I guess there are other priorities now. It's been years since he's last said anything about it.

A couple of years, at least. We've had no 12 Onaholes of Christmas the last few Christmas either - JList stole the idea, though.

there are re-designing the forum
so he dose want people here
plus there forum helps people
where as discord if someone ask a question and no-one answer it, and people post the question will just get pushed up
where as the forum it stay

it also helps with announcement and people can post about it and give it more visibility

Also we're at a time now where the masses prefer IM clients to forums anyway.

Still, at Taz pointed out, there would be no need for the redesign if he didn't care at all.

And people have hated all the redesigns, that doesn't say much. :D
