Nope, i just new my rights and if they said anything i got argue against it.
plus i worked in retail and never need a union as manager found out that i knew my stuff so they left me to it.

Yes and no, in that exactly 1 week would be off a day, essentially, as I used to always be the first.
But if its when I think it is, then its a work day, meaning time might slip by, resulting in me being late

A lot of birthdays there. A nephew a bit before that and another at the beginning of February as well. :D
