i swapped and the new have just been taking the piss.
Signed up with new one in Dec, they sent email saying it will take 10 working days
i did not expect it would take 10 days due to covid and it would take longer, so i did not do much about
after 2 months i rang to find out why it is taking close to 2 months.
They said sorry there is a backlog, there said they will get it sorted, they got in contact with old ISP and said they are taking over.
but did not tell me when but told old ISP it was the 17th (today), but new one did not send me their router or any info about it.
so i had no internet, had to ring them, they was saying sorry etc, ask your neighbour if you can use their for a short while and they will send out router, which takes 1-2 days for them to send and another 1-2 days to be delivered.
30 min laster get message saying the phone line is set up, lucky i do have an old router from the new ISP from when i was with them about 2 years ago.
only for about the last 30 min has it been working.
i signed up on the 30 dec, contacted them on the 24 feb
rang them again this morning at 10am
