I don't know if its strictly forbbiden but it is definitely not looked upon favorably. Some people and some servers have been banned beacuse of loli.

I admit to being horribly slow today, even after recognizing one of the girls from a recent release both here and at MG it still took me this long to just read the initials and see it. :D
