Also, I know someone who's going through the same fate, my IRL friend, his parents didn't want to waste money on the internet even thought they were going for it the first time. So they decided to have an internet connection with limits placed in it, its 1 GB, its moar worse than yours.

It's not possible atm because my telephone line cable got cut off and have yet to be fixed
