[color=#993300]Well you can sleep,whenever, but force yourself to wake up at a specific time. Don't take naps longer than 30 minutes and gradually force yourself to wake up earlier. You will sleep earlier as a result. Exposure to natural sunlight will normalize your melatonin production and thus, your sleep cycle. Finally, and this is the worst part, no backlit object in the evening, or at least a few hours before you sleep (well you probably won't do this)
