[color=#006FFF]It probably comes from the blonde stereotype--that is to say, the thoght of the vast majority of Americans being blonde--and this was probably first brought into the mind of the majority during the times when the "buxom blonde" was the ideal pin-up; women like Marilyn Monroe probably only furthered this stereotype.

I just think of it as if "America is the Texas of the world" in the sense of the saying "Everything is bigger in Texas". More than likely not a very apt generalization, of course, but when it comes to the America = Big boobs stereotype, that's what I take it as.

Or maybe it's more recent than I think and people get it from the fact that there's a ton of porn that comes out of the country as a whole and tons of women with balloon boobs in said industry.

But think the stereotype also extends to other countries as well. Ah well
