It is the female version of Habanero, my favorite pepper. Habanera is spanish for a female from Havana, Cuba. It is also the more popular name of an aria called "L'amour est un oiseau rebelle" from the 1875 opera Carmen.

I should have taken a picture of this one Harley cosplayer I saw during Free Comic Book Day on my campus. She was super cute and looked amazing. She was Suicide Squad Harley too--one of my favorites.

Mid-post edit: I totally just found her by looking up "Suicide Squad Harley" pics lol. Voila!
Oh but she was wearing more than that of course lol.
