its pretty much a Doner Kebabs contents rolled into a slab of something that seems like a pre-cooked, but still soft pizza base

also I believe that a calzone is baked with toppings, a turkish pizzas base is heated a little, then come the toppings, roll and done

Yeah a calzone is baked with the topping inside it, so a turkish pizza is a bit like using the pizza base as a wrap
