Personally Ican't think how they'll do it.

Jacob own the right/licence to translate into english and disturbed in the west, wni and the mag won't care if Jacob gives it for as long as they get the fee/money from the rights/licence. it more likely Jacob will make few chapter out the mag free but only readable online to prevent people downloading and uploading on other sites
