We played a lot of co-op and turn-based stuff like some of the older Civilisation games and the like. We didn't play anything competitive really, since my friends don't like that genre of games.

I see, i have yet to get into the Civ series, despite me having Civ5 ^^
Only play it because my friends got me to buy it and play it with them a few years ago, it's pretty fun but not my favourite strategy, though it is pretty simple in comparison to others.

MMO's can be quite confusing, and difficult by yourself. To this day I avoid them because I have no idea how to build a class, all I do is "Oh, higher damage, yes please."

its how i play, but have 2 friends who play it and one knows all about it and we ask him for help/advice
