I pretty much failed all of my exams in my final year of school after I was given my results today, which means I won't be able to go to university unless I repeat my final year. And I'm not fucking doing that. No. Not happening. I'm not going to waste a year of my life because the British Education system is so crap that at the best of schools you have a 50-60% chance of not failing (Yes, just not failing, forget about getting a decent grade) so I really only have the choice of getting a really crappy job (Well it could be good, depends on the circumstances and how many jobs are available). And they plan on only making exams more difficult now, so I'm fucked if I go back for another year.

So that's the situation really. I'm screwed no matter how I look at it.

@dat: Any way of cheating through the exams? What about extra credits?

That is pretty shitty to hear and sorry your in this position. Was te degree you were going for meaningful to you? If it is then you could attempt one more go and study your ass off, but if it isn't worth it to you then look at other alternatives.

I know I had to repeat a couple of classes I failed and it was a lot of bs, but I really liked my major so I just went trough the bs to get the degree.

To be fair most countries education systems seem broken.

When was it ever "working"?

I was going to go into disease research and Microbiology. And no, never going back, I'd have to waste a year of my life for it and I don't want to do that. I'd be alone since all my friends are graduating and I'd be too nervous to talk to new people. Plus I'd know I'd fail anyway, I can't just take one subject since in England you have to have at least three because the government is a bunch of cunts (pardon my french)

Nope and I would have to do days worth of outside school stuff for that to even matter. Plus I'd still need a pass in Biology and well the big fat fail says that ain't happening...
