[color=#ff69b4]Awww. *hugs* What happen?
Stuff... >_> Stupid stuff at work that is only stupid cuz of the way things are at work.... I got talked to by supervisors for doing stuff I shouldn't do, even though we're supposed to do it >_>.
[color=#ff69b4]Idiot supervisors, or did they not know that you where supposed to be doing that?
It was all misunderstandings and other stuff:
1. When one of my co-workers came in, I ranted a bit about how I had to stay late last night and he asked about who called out, I told him I didn't know, but I was told that they'll be needing someone to stay late everyday till the 18th. So when he heard that, he assumed he'd have to stay late today, since Fridays are his day to stay late in case something like this happens, just like tomorrow is my day.
When the boss told him, he'd have to stay, he said he already knew, plus he was pissed off for the rest of the day(which he has no right to be, he knew already that today would be the day he'd have to stay late if something happened, its not like it was suddenly thrown at him).
So I ended up getting told off, they said I am not supposed to be telling other people that they have to stay late (which I never actually did).
2. In my department, there's some tasks that need to be done daily, the work is split up among the 2 of us. I did my share and my co-worker only had 1 small thing left to do, but he might have forgotten about it. I saw it was still left to be done, so I went and did it, just cuz I am OCD like that. Again, I got told off, cuz I did "his" job and it's "his" responsibility to do. They appreciated my effort at taking the initiative, but said I can't be doing other peoples jobs... >_> even though we're all held accountable as a group if its not done at the end of the night.... >_>.
