~Fakku Girls Club v4~

It's all good right now, got down playing a card game with a friend just now and played some Runequest (Like D & D) with another group of friends (+ My Girlfriend) earlier so I'm happy ^^

Mmm, it's always fun when we play, mostly because our game master lets us do whatever we want most of the time. Once we sacked the starting area (which is an area where you and the friendly NPC's are) just because we could xD

I don't play many board games. They're usually too long for me xP.

I get that. Sometimes we'll have 5 hour + sessions and manage to exit the town, mainly because one of us (My friend James) will be too busy either killing our quest giver or trying to get as many prostitutes as possible xP

Yeah it's pretty fun, I suck at it though, the only card game I'm good at is Yugioh...although a friend is trying to get into Magic the Gathering.

Yeah, I either don't have that kind of time, or get a bit too bored with the game after a while XP

Ooooooh, MTG is fun. I play it competitively.

Yeah that's an issue, it can get boring if nothing happens for long periods (our problem...).

Ooooh that's cool! A few friends at school keep telling me to buy a starter pack and they'll show me how to play. I think one of them plays competitively too.

I've wanted to try to qualify for the highest level tournaments for a while. Can't attend many qualifiers, unfortunately, and haven't been able to win the ones I have gone to, yet.

It's a great game. Literally any way you can think of to win a game, there's a way to build that deck. You can have fun with how you decide to play. And, if you ever get into competitive Magic, there's some fun to be had, too, especially in longer games, where it's a true battle of wits.

That's a shame, maybe you'll qualify one day ^^

Sounds like fun but...wits aren't my thing. And I'm not a patient person to build a good deck.

Hopefully... xP I've gotten fairly close once.

Well, however you want to play. The deck doesn't neccessarily need to be optimal, either. I have plenty of decks I play just for fun. Sometimes, the deckbuilding process is the most fun part; it doesnt need to be that functional, lol. It's why I enjoy drafting =)
