My headaches usually result from my oxygen deprivation in my brain since my blood vessels are stupid ;-; results in many migraines. Although this is a close second in terms of pain.

I have a chronic dehydration. I get dehydrated even when it's cold or drink a lot of water. I know what you mean it sucks x_x
