Although I won't celebrate the death of another commie, I will say this.

If god exist, he has a strange sense of humor. Making him croak on Murican consumerism day makes for some great situational irony.

I find it funny that a lot of the same Journalists/ People on twitter that condemned Trump as a tyrant and future dictator are now mourning Fidel.

One dictatorship overthrown the other. From Batista to Fidel.

I think the biggest thing to note is that everyone knows & knew Batista was a dictator. Meanwhile we still have middle class and upper middle class white leftist trying to shut down Cubans who lived under his 50 year regime while romanticizing his and Che's revolutions.

They're praising Fidel as if he's some kind of hero.

In their world, ideology matters more than actual history.

I live in the West coast so I don't see a lot of Cubans but I've known a few of the older folks and heard their stories. Farmers being executed, political dissidents being jailed/tortured/reprogrammed, homeless being beaten & jailed despite Castro's promise to provide everyone with a house/home, LGBT people being punished for being what they are, neighborhood "committees" turning neighbors in for growing their own produce in secret. It's absolutely sickening but none of it matters to a lot of these people.

The real reason why Justin Trudeau respects and admires someone who's insanely different than him in practice but similar in ideology is because he's his real dad.

Trudeau's Dad was definitely friends with Castro.

The rumors are that his wife was very unhappy with their marriage and had affairs with some Rolling Stone members, JFK and now Castro. But those are just baseless rumors.

But if it's true it's sad but funny. Trudeau would literally be king of the cucks.

well remember, Trudeau refers to his kids as his wifes sons.
