Wear shoes that come off easily. Make sure you have photo ID. Empty all your pockets. don't wear a belt. and uh...try to sleep on the ride over/back. If you bring a tablet/laptop, you have to take it out.

Eat a light snack/meal before leaving so you won't have to be getting up to use the restroom often
