We want him to work but we also don't want him to mess things up, and he has a 80% chance of messing everything up, so we don't want him to do the major tasks. But the only things left ARE the major tasks >: And it's kinda heavy for 3 people to do =/

just tell him what you guys expect from it. if he doesn't listen just tell the teacher, but let him know that if he doesn't do the utmost you'll have the teacher intervene, i'm assuming this is a class project?
