Minimum wage where I live is $8 and the job includes tips, and the hours work in conjunction with my school hours.

It's the best job I can get that lets me work more hours. Only other place is a tutoring place where I can only work 3 hours a day at $11 for 5 days. No way to get overtime/bonuses/benefits, etc.
