Well, it's only a half-sister so it's not as bad as marrying your full-blooded sister (still bad though). They've already copulated and have children as well as still madly in love; I see no sense in ruining a happy family, although he probably should tell his wife they're half-siblings. I can't say, "Poor guy," but whatever.
