buy a 1-day ticket and go ride a train to some unknown places for no reason
go to a cafe,buy a cup of coffee,and hang around for eternity
go to a bookstore,read mangas and mags,and not buying anything

2) Find a sports club and join. (I took up Parkour. =])

4) Get another job. Nothing wrong with extra money.

7) Watch anime.
8) Read about the anime you just watched.
9) Read the news.
10) Get out and do something.
11) You know that email or Facebook message you read several days ago and told yourself you'd reply 'slightly later'? Now's a good time. (Speaking of which... >.> )
