Ok so I do MMA and track what exercises do you recommend?
Since you do MMA any weight lifting exercises are good for you and you should use jump ropes and different variations of techniques. Running is also good, but I also recommend you doing intense workouts or workout programs such as cross fit, battle ropes, and military/ police academy workouts since that would keep you in shape if your career with the military works out.
