I give pay on monthly term, excluding overtime. Depending on what position and how much I trust you, the amount of wage changes. As for now, the lowest I give for a supervisor is about $800 a month, with $50 per hour of overtime. The one that just died had the highest wage for a supervisor, $3,000 a month.
