I have a manga but dont know who to turn it into?

if this is in the wrong area i appologise ahead and if not then all the better. i may have missed a topic as i just skimmed the pages and may just be blind as a bat. but to the subject, i have a manga and wish to turn it in and as im still new to this site i have no idea how. if its a email address ill send to asap if other well ill get to that bridge sooner or later. thx and kick ass site guys.
