It's basically just a more random version of Random.
I'm also just typing a regular response, rather than the TeeHee Secret style because my keyboard is being moody (it occasionally switches between English and Français- so now I can't tell which combo of keys I need to type the Greater Than and Less Than symbols).

I have French, German, and Swiss (french) keyboarding all up this bitch, let me teeeeeeell you how annoying it is.
