Someone's pissing you off intentionally, laugh at them. Grin ear to ear until They're uncertain of themselves. If you're mad at your current living condition, have the courage (and stupidity) to punch yourself repeatedly until the face is numb. Go to town on your flesh. Then act on it whatever way seems fit. For being angry at the self, recede deep into the mind, question all. If there is anger towards a loved one or a family member, take a breath, leave their presence if need be and try to think rationally about the whole situation. If your just generally angry or irritable, do whatever you fucking feel like.
That is quite possibly some of the worst advice I have ever heard.
