Black 2 is full of hacked :c
Also, I only found her by chance, not by chaining through hundreds or anything :c

I didn't play Black 2 for long though... I was boring for me, I don't like it... Even finishing the story already took me lots of patience...

Well since people can hack pokemon easily, when the bank is out they can transfer hacked pokemons to the bank and such to spread through wonder trade. It makes them a lot less valuable.
