I guess nobody heterosexual in Britain is getting laid anymore. I know I wouldn't risk jail time and being labeled a rapist just because a law opens up the floodgates to abuses. Basically the only real way you can avoid going to jail is if

1. The person you are having sex with is a decent human being who takes responsibility for her own actions (lol good luck with that).

2. You record the whole thing and prove yourself that she wanted it the whole time. If she has a hint of hesitation it doesn't count.

It's already bad enough that in Britain women legally cannot rape others but this just takes the cake. I'm probably overreacting but I dunno this just seems way too ridiculous to not react to.
