I usually eat with my left hand even though I'm not really left handed, but I just learned that I can use chopsticks better with my right hand.

A lot of asian/Arab cultures consider the left hand to be dirty. That's the hand that you wipe your ass with. And some didn't use a medium for that like paper or leaves. Straight shit on palm.
