I'd been thinking about doing it for quite some time now, just never found a time or really had the determination to make it. That and with everyone else making them so often I hadn't wanted to jump on the proverbial band wagon...but said screw it and just decided to up and make it now.

It's nothing to worry about to much, honestly I don't expect everyone to follow the rules. Hell I'm surprised there wasn't a random "goes into kyuubi's room and messes it up" post or something yet to be perfectly honest.
