I was walking along. Minding my own business when suddenly I saw something. Everybody was around crowding about something and I thought, "Hmm, wonder what's going on over there." So then I approached them and there was this spool of thread that everyone was trying to grab. What was so interesting about it? It somehow wound up in my hands and I understood.
There it was, a prize worthy of the warrior's fight - a prize worthy of their bloodshed. They knew nothing else but battle. It was not an object you could see, but you could feel it. It was not some much a prize as an ideal either. No one would tell them when they were worthy of obtaining this prize either.
Their axes swung, flesh ripped, dry burning throats roared in triumph and pain. Dozens stood ready to fight, dozens more had fallen. They fought only because it was what they were ment to do. But the prize was not shown to them. But one warrior finally realized what the prize was - to prove you were the best. The prize was the fact the you won.
