I think maybe do this like a cafe style thread. People choose what class they wish to be and act accordingly to it. Those who do so and are approved by you can become a member. Those who wish to just converse here can be the civilians until they wish to join otherwise.

Lol, I try to be a nice person in general since I perfer it that way (being mean looks like too much work; gotta live up to my lazy ninja lifestyle). Your club looks interesting to me; if you do create a member's list I'd definitely like to join.
