Looking for a short series (2-3 chapter)

I repost this from the Request because I noticed that there isn't a lot of activity there; the main Forum doesn't seem to link directly to the Request forum,
* Possibly by Sabashi/Sahashi Renya (like 50/50, art style is on the same ballpark as Sabashi Renya and Takenoko Seijin)
* 2-3 chapters
* Main girl (short hair) was a sex friend with a boy. Another girl confess to the boy and the main girl stop seeing him. The boy sorta end up choosing the main girl. I don't think he confessed to the main girl, but it is a very sweet ending and it is sorta implied that he will confessed to her eventually.
* Not too new, around 2013 or so.
