He (as well as Fat Jon and Tsuchie) were the main reasons why I watched Samurai Champloo (though that show was pretty good on its own merits).
anyhow
Found this today.
LISTEN TO THE GOD OF TRIP HOP (Jazz hop, cool hop, which ever you prefer)
Massive Attack, DJ Shadow, Portishead and DJ Okawari have some solid trip hop tracks as well.

anyhow some artists that are similar are Uyama Hiroto and Joseph Jacobs whom i've been listening to a lot.
i have a ton of music on my ipod, but Nujabes takes up the most space.
Thanks. Didn't know about that and I have only heard about Uyama. Since he was featured on one of Nujabes albums.
Trip hop is one of my favorite music genres. Give these a listen to. I have listened to half of them. But that's more hip hop and less jazz. Unlike Nujabes work.

That's some good music. I have a guilty pleasure for Pink Floyd. Their solos makes me feel like snorlax on crack.
