Welcome Scar, I don't mind at all. The forest is large and quite welcoming. Even most of the wild animals do not fear humans. Did you have anything in mind, or are you just hoping to stay in somewhere within the forest's many comforts?

Edit:

Aura, the forest usually provides for it's denizens well without a lot of clearing needed. It grows oddly as if providing places, and is large enough to supply for the needs of many. There is however, times when a fallen tree can cause problems for the animals or block the paths that we humans are accustomed to taking.

So clearing up things would indeed be more of a cleaning up than a clearing of woodland usually. Does that appeal to you still? If so, I'll gladly add you. :)

No, hunting of the animals here is fine. They know their place in the cycle of life, and are happy to impart life to us so that we may live too. I would ask that you not hunt the small one's however. The animals here find the hunting of one's young to be offensive.

Shall I mark you as a huntsman then? (or huntswoman.. I'm guessing here)

You must think thought that people shall need firewood also and I don't mean to just specialize in "wood cutting" as if we have intruders or evil little gremlins I have no problem taking them out so as they do not harm the citizens and/or the environment.

And oh, that reminds me, I'd rather hunt foxes than deer

Alright, but before that I must inform you, as you refer to yourself as the "Master of the Haven" I do not follow anyones leadership or have any master of my own. I am merely a wonderer who finds their home where the tide brings them. I hold no bonds with the land or the people, but shall treat anyone with the same respect I am treated. I shall come and go as the wind takes me and shall help those in need, but I should never be expected of anything. So that which I give shall be cherished as a gift.

I am the master of this forest yes, but really I am just more like a chief caretaker. The forest chose me more than I chose it, and I've had no reason to shun it. As long as you don't cause trouble, you'll not need to worry about me.

Okay, so for those of you who were already here or unaware, I am going to be trying to do some unique things for the haven. We'll see how successful they are. One of the first things I'm trying is weather. This weather will be posted once a day or so, mostly whenever I get around to it.

When it changes, I will announce it in a post, as well as update the OP.
