Some of these may not be based on a particular series, I am just assuming they are. I will post a cover and sample page for each manga and I will edit this first post with the new ones, once we figure these out.

I'm pretty sure "Lunch Time Together" is from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Majin_Tantei_Nougami_Neuro, something i know nothing about, save that it was a Jump manga because the girl was in Love Note 2. Hurray for detective work. :p

Just realized Eientei Neko Youbi is based on one of the numerous Touhou games. That series features a heavy amount of different girls and it seems there are quite a bit of Touhou doujins circulating...

Yeah, I do believe Kuusou Zikken 4 is taken from I"s. She's Iori Yoshizuki, I"s main character.You're both right, it is based on I"s. I got around to reading the first volume of the manga this weekend. Not to bad, the cover art always made me look the other way.
