Do you happen to be acquainted with Grid Lines and drawings during construction, Medzy? So many things to look out for like what sort of tiling is used, what is the 'level' (or elevation etc. etc.)
I do not have the fortune to build landed property. I have to settle for a 10-storey industrial building instead and take a 2 hour journey to the worksite every day. Work starts at 8. Have to get up at 5.

I have never drawn any blueprints before, I've only just done sketches on scrap wood as a notepad for a cut later on.

To make me look more like a nutcase, if I do my job well, chances are I will be doing this the rest of my life. No intention to switch jobs. The company I worked for funded my studies.
Yes, I think I am supposed to interpret drawings, not so much drawing. I was told that I am a trainee site engineer. As of now, I have no idea on what to do. Just have watch, ask and learn from the people on the site.
