I don't know the name of the manga, but the girl inserted all kind of stuff (like pencils) in her acne holes (no joke).
Although at the beginning it was interesting sexy until it started getting all weird when her acnes started to grow bigger and inserted the pencils in it .-.

I know that one. It's called "The Holes" by Machino Henmaru. Yeah it's pretty gross, especially the last page.
