It's hard to say, so many of them are amazing. If I had to pick I would probably choose Majora's Mask.
It's my favorite 3D LoZ game.
It's nice to see people who like that game and don't just consider it the hipster of the series.
I'd actually prefer to see more people admire Majora's Mask. MM is like Luigi; overshadowed by something way more renowned but still very good. Zelda II would be hipster :^)
